God loves a cheerful giver! (2 Corinthians 9:7)

Every gift, however big or small, is gratefully received. We promise to put your gift to good use in service of our mission as a church, and 10% of every gift is tithed to the charities we support.

If you would like to know more about how our finances and how we use our money please visit our

Regular Giving

Regular donations are the bedrock of our parish’s finances.

To make a regular gift we ask you to join the Church of England Parish Giving Scheme who will set up a Direct Debit payable monthly, quarterly or annually.

If you are an eligible UK tax payer we encourage you to Gift Aid  your donation so we can recover the tax you have paid.

One-Off Gifts

We welcome one-off gifts: either to the church work generally, or to meet a specific need.

One-off gifts go through the CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) website. You can pay using a Card, PayPal, or your CAF Charity Account (if you already have one).

If you are an eligible UK tax payer we encourage you to Gift Aid  your donation so we can recover the tax you have paid.

The above ways of regular giving through the Parish Giving Scheme (which is a direct debit mechanism run by Registered Charity 1156606) or one-off donations through CAF Donate (Registered Charity Number 268369) are very much our preferred ways of receiving money. They are administratively efficient, well controlled, gift aid is automatically recovered and they are run by charities to support charities, such as ourselves.

If you do not feel comfortable with these ways of giving, then regular giving can be made by a regular Standing Order and one-off donations by direct bank transfer to our Lloyds bank account. It is not recommended to publish bank account details on websites so please contact the office (see Enquiries below). The account ends in 536 and “confirmation of payee” functionality will ensure it gets to us – payee is “Sandhurst Parochial Church Council”.

In addition, we have a contactless terminal in the Church for the set amounts of £5, £10 or £20. The office also has a terminal that can take any amount (contactless up to £100 and PIN thereafter).

Finally – if all the above options do not work for you … we still take cash and cheques with thanks.

Enquiries

For enquiries regarding donations (including advice if you wished to make a larger donation, leave a legacy to the church, or allocate your gift to one of our specific funds for our Family and Youth work, or towards keeping our heritage building fully maintained) please contact the church office.
