APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) 2025
The 2025 APCM will take place on Sunday 27 April at 11.45am, in the Seeby Hall.

Revision of the Electoral Roll 2025
Every six years we (and all other parishes in the diocese) are required to completely revise our Electoral Roll. This means that everyone needs to complete and return a new form, regardless of whether you are currently on the church Electoral Roll, or whether you now wish to join it. If you do not complete and return a new form, you will no longer be a member of the Electoral Roll.
If you plan to attend the APCM to vote or to seek election to the PCC or Deanery Synod, or to stand as Churchwarden, then the closing date for return of the completed form is Thursday 3 April 2025. Forms will be available in church from February, or you can print the form below. Completed forms may be returned to Claire Clay (Electoral Roll Officer), to Sue Campbell (PCC Secretary), or to the Church Office.

Footnote: As a technicality, anyone resident in the parish is entitled to vote on the election of Churchwardens (but not to vote on any other matter) regardless of church membership.
